Alessio's Trip To Dallas Farmer’s Market dinner features Tom Spicer's produce selections, an experience much fresher than you may be used to, according to Spicer. Produce comes mostly from East and South Central Texas, parts of Northern and Southern California, with wild mushrooms from the Pacific Northwest.
