Food writer Janet Fletcher, based in Northern California, guides the Dallas Wine and Food Festival tasting from 10:45am to 11:15am on Saturday, May 6, 2006, at ENTERTAINING WITH STYLE, in the Ligne Roset showroom, comparing domestic, French, and Greek Feta cheeses. Huia Vineyards 2005 Sauvignon Blanc, presented by Marie-Isabelle Devault, will accompany the Feta cheeses.
ENTERTAINING WITH STYLE, an all-day event, features regional experts and chefs including Kent Rathbun of Abacus/Jasper's restaurants, Joanne Bondy of Ciudad, Vincenzo Indelicato of Nicola's, Grady Spears, Sigel's cheese expert Theresa Magee, Cristiana Acerbi of Paciugo Gelato and Caffè, Hui Chuan of Hui Chuan Sushi, Saké and Tapas and Sommelier James Tidwell.
