Artist in the Kitchen Demonstration and Tasting with David Uygur and Truett Bishop

Late Nights at the Dallas Museum of Art take visitors behind the scenes so they'll feel at home and experience art in many of its forms.

That's why Late Night includes the artist in the kitchen.

On Friday, 21-Apr, 2006, at 7:30pm, those who can read the fine print will be happily seated in Seventeen Seventeen Restaurant, watching Executive Chef David Uygur and Atrium Café Chef de Cuisine Truett Bishop demonstrate how to make Tequila Marinated White Fish and Scallop Ceviche with Fresh Avocado.

Restaurant 1717 at Dallas Museum of Art, 1717 N. Harwood Street, Dallas, TX 75201, 214.880.9018, Ext. 112.
