Fall 2013 Chef’s Cooking Class Series
Local chefs demonstrate their favorite dishes inspired by produce fresh from the market.

Oct 5th: A.J. Joglekar, Dallas Chop House
Sept 28th: Antonio Marquez, Lazaranda
Sept 21st: Gilbert Garza, Suze
Location: Classes are held in the demonstration kitchen on the second floor of the Dallas Farmers Market Resource Center, 1010 S. Pearl Street, Dallas.
Date/Time: Saturdays, September 21st through October 19th, 2013, 11:30am until 1pm. Doors open 11 am.
Cost: $30 at the door, space permitting ($25 in advance online); $110 for a 5-class package. Group rates for 10 or more. Download reservation form. Paid reservations will be held at the door for each class. Cancellations require one week advance notice.
