AIWF Benziger Tasting with Mike Benziger
A reception buffet and a glass of Benziger Fumé Blanc precede a tutored tasting led by Mike Benziger, Winegrower and General Manager, Benziger Winery. Tasting includes the following Benziger wines: Sonoma Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tribute.
Buffet includes petit crab cakes, mozzarella/tomato salad, Medjool dates with blue cheese, an antipasto platter, sushi platter, lemon garlic chicken platter, and dessert tartlettes.
