Cuisine à la Bière

The Green Room and Manneken-Brussel present a dinner of five courses matched to complex artisanal beers from Belgium and Germany, Monday, July 12, 2004. "DeuS" opens the evening. Brewed in Belgium and transported to the Champagne region, it is refermented with champagne yeast, then handled for a year like Champagne, including the riddling and bottling.
