Lavendou and Beverage City present a four course sit-down dinner pairing French cuisine of Lavendou Bistro owner Pascal Cayet with a selection of wines from the Pacific Northwest. Wine pairings will be guided by Certified Specialist of Wine Mark C. Roberts, corporate wine buyer for Quik-Way Group, and Sue Dickens of Ambiente Wine Importing.
